Jen is one of the most experienced and respected coaches in women’s lacrosse, with a career that spans over three decades across the high school and collegiate levels. Currently the Associate Head Coach at Boston College, Jen has played a pivotal role in building the program into a national powerhouse, helping lead the team to National Championships in 2021 and 2024.

Jen’s coaching philosophy revolves around the belief that hard work and a commitment to excellence are the keys to unlocking both individual and team potential. Her practices are competitive, demanding, and detail-oriented, designed to build both skill and mental toughness in players at every level.

At the heart of her approach are three core principles:
