Kenzie brings a dynamic blend of high-level playing experience and cutting-edge offensive coaching to Kent Family Lacrosse. As a former standout at Boston College and a professional league player, she understands the nuances of modern offensive play. Currently an assistant coach at Harvard University, her focus is on developing offensive strategies and empowering players to reach their full potential.

Kenzie's coaching philosophy centers on cultivating offensive IQ, mastering the art of dodging, and harnessing the power of deception. She believes that understanding defensive strategies allows players to become a constant threat, while mastering 1v1 situations through deceptive dodges unlocks a player's true offensive potential. Her sessions are designed to break down these skills into actionable techniques, fostering creativity and a deeper understanding of the game.

At the heart of her approach are three core principles:

• Offensive IQ and Adaptability: Teaching players to read and react to defensive movements, enabling them to make smart, strategic decisions.

• Dodging Mastery and Deception: Emphasizing the ability to beat defenders through skillful dodging and the use of deceptive techniques, regardless of physical attributes.

• Teamwork and Unselfish Play: Fostering a culture of collaboration, emphasizing the importance of being a supportive and effective teammate.

"What excites me most," Kenzie says, "is seeing players unlock their creative potential and develop a deeper understanding of the offensive game. I want to instill the belief that they can achieve anything, and that their unique style is their greatest strength. Seeing a player gain the confidence to take risks and express themselves on the field is truly rewarding."
